Nazih Abraham is a trained geologist with over 20 years experience in the water remediation and purification industry. Mr. Abraham is also currently President & CEO of Trans-Global Energy Development, which is active internationally in engineering and construction of large power plants and petroleum-infrastructure. Abraham has over 30 years of working in the petroleum industry including field production operations which led him to apply this expertise to environmental remediation, water recycling and developing solutions for waste water, desalination and drinking water purification.
Dennis Beavers has multi-discipline engineering experience in chemical plants, paper mills, refineries, and direct and long established expertise in municipal and industrial waste water treatment has led him to become founder in WETS. His work with Government contracting has given him the broad range of experience to apply large scale Engineer/ Design/ Construct style projects. Water projects have included numerous municipal and Industrial waste water treatment systems. Beavers was a leader in developing and landfill leachate systems and large constructed wetlands for treatment of waste effluent streams. He has managed numerous civil works and building projects. Construction and operational management has also included large projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers and his role as Base Engineer on a large Navy base. Beavers has also worked in process and instrumentation equipment development to develop systems that could be operational on an international scale.
Robert holds a B.S. and M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. He has over 35 years work experience in engineering and construction management involving EPC projects for the process and petro-chemical industries. Robert’s work history includes Scott Paper Company, Kimberly Clark and S.D. Warren and Kellogg Brown & Root. He managed EPC projects worldwide that included major process installations and expansions. Ten years as operator of RMS precision, Inc. that serviced oil and gas field equipment customers included Exxon-Mobil, Phillips Petroleum, Gulf Oil and Texaco. Robert has erected green-field plants in Great Britain, France, Italy, Spain and the USA. Robert has also lead teams in the development of new consumer products and technologies.
Mr. Santos joined our firm as a Senior Engineer / Senior Project Manager responsible for project engineering and project management. His career spans over 30 years of extensive experience in projects involving water and wastewater treatment design, WWTP feasibility studies, effluent disposal projects, piping/pumping systems computer modeling and design and permitting with governmental agencies. Mr. Santos has served as project manager and / or project engineer for a variety of industrial, municipal, and private civil engineering projects. He has worked for governmental agencies and private consulting firms including his own company. His responsibilities have included budget and construction estimates, preparation on project scope and proposals, pilot testing, design and construction management, plans and specifications preparation and research and procurement of WWTP equipment.
Mr. Ahmad has extensive international working experience in the U.S.A., Australia, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Egypt, and Thailand that has given him comprehensive knowledge and expertise in executing international infrastructure projects. Ahmad has extensive experience in construction and project management, design of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants as well as environmental and geotechnical subsurface investigations, land development for residential and commercial projects, design & construction of municipal and hazardous waste management facilities. His work includes site planning, leachate collection, landfill gas extraction systems, groundwater control systems, surface water control systems, geo-synthetics, slope stability, environmental monitoring. His experience includes the entire waste management business from waste transfer stations, material recovery facilities, and composting to designing, constructing, operating and closing of landfills.
Mr. Goff has over 35 years work experience as a lead electrical engineer in various positions. Previously, he worked in a number of power plants both as a supervisor in electrical and instrumentation (E&I) engineering. His worked included Alabama Power Co., and APCO fossil fuel plants both in E&I construction and production activities and was responsible for installation and commissioning of several DCS and PLC upgrades, power distribution systems, boiler controls, coal handling and unloading facilities, electrostatic precipitators, and water treatment plants. He provided supervision and technical support for site contractors and served as operations E&I foreman and superintendents.
Sue Beavers in responsible for advising WETS on hospital and clinical projects internationally and on advising on potential diseases from environmental and water borne pollutants. She has over 30 years of experience as a lead technical supervisor in all forms of Diagnostic Scanning Systems including: X-Ray, Radiation Therapy, and multiple forms of Ultrasound. She developed one of the first independent Ultrasound training programs in the US as the Vice-President and Clinical Director of the Institute of Ultrasound in Mobile, Alabama. She has been a guest lecturer at Bowman Gray School of Medicine and University of South Alabama. She is currently and active member In ARRT and ARDMS. Ms. Beavers has published Abdominal Ultrasound a Practical Guide,co-authored Anatomy, Pathology instruction in Scanning, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – A Guide to Clinical Practice and Ultrasound Imaging of Normal and Abnormal Prostrate. She is also a regular contributor to the annual conference of Society Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
