Plant Design Philosophy

•Semi-modularized water processing/filtration units that are placed in combination for scaling of plant size and fast-track installation.
•Auto self-cleaning filtration systems (with back-wash for reject waters) and advanced membrane filters.

Drinking Water Purification Process:

Stage 1: Raw Water Source

Lift sump pumps, with macro-sediment screening and piping systems;

Stage 2: Micro Filtration  

Modules of Multi-media or Micro- Screen filtering stacked for capacity w/auto  

back- wash/reject water system (to 50 microns);

Stage 3a: If Fresh Water then  Ultra-Filtration Membrane Filtration 

 Modules of Membrane Filtration stacked for capacity w/auto back-wash / reject water systems (to .01 microns)

Stage 3b: If Brackish or Sea Water then Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filtration  

Modules of Membrane Filtration stacked for capacity w/auto back-wash/reject water system (to .0001 microns)

Stage 4: Polishing 

- Chlorine line injection – for residual disinfection

- For Desal Water only - Injection of salts for taste and coloration;

Stage 5: Distribution

- 1-day storage-holding tank

- Pumps for transfer to distribution carrier lines 

- Automated control and metering
